Upon presentation and approval of the concept, we dial down and identify each component of the proposed design plan along with its associated cost. Once orders are placed, we track, inspect and store them until ready for installation. Final styling and photography wrap up the project.

We will optimize functionality and flow by using AutoCad and 3D rendering programs for spatial planning, while also ensuring that the design aligns with the architecture and harmonizes all spaces throughout. We can suggest home builders, contractors and other trade professionals with whom we
support and work closely with making sure no detail is lost and that the design is executed correctly. We will create custom millwork packages and custom storage solutions and furniture pieces tailored to the specific dimensions of each room. We will assist with creating a reflected ceiling plan with lighting schemes and smart home integration, if desired, providing convenience, comfort, efficiency and security. Enhance the long-term value of your new build by letting us take a holistic approach to the project with an end-goal of a satisfying and successful construction experience.
Our process begins with a one hour interview meeting. Once engaged, we begin with setting up a timeline working backwards from the ideal launch date. A preliminary design concept with colour schemes and style themes will be presented along with a floor plan for each room. Once approved, we work hard to fulfill each space accordingly. Once your builder is selected and construction is underway, we will meet for site-visits, electrical walk-through, progress updates and check measures as required for purchasing of interior fittings and furnishings. We track, receive, store and install all window coverings, area rugs, furniture, decorative lighting, wallpaper, art & decor. Final photography wraps up the project.
